What is PackageAhoy?
PackageAhoy is a Package Management Solution for those who receive packages for someone else, need to notify them of their package, keep track of when the package has been picked up, and who picked up the package. Read more about PackageAhoy.

Who is PackageAhoy for?
PackageAhoy has been designed for use in shipping centers, mail stores, apartment complexes and buildings, convention centers, extended-stay lodges, educational institutions or corporate mailrooms.

How much does it cost to use PackageAhoy?
We offer a free trial for the first month of service! After your free trial, you pay $20 per month for your first 250 mailboxes. There is a charge of $5 per every 100 additional mailboxes over 250. You can continue using the PackageAhoy system for as long as you are satisfied with the services we provide. There is no contract with packageAhoy, and you are free to discontinue service at any time. Read more about pricing.

How do I access PackageAhoy?
PackageAhoy can be accessed from any computer or mobile device connected to the internet; there is no additional software to download and install -- all you need is a website browser (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.), and an optional barcode scanner.

Can my customers access PackageAhoy, too?
Yes, your customers can also create a PackageAhoy account. They will have different access than you (the administrator of the pick-up facility). They will be able to view when the mail has been put in the mailboxes (if your pick-up facility uses this feature). They will only be able to view their packages which are available for pick up, which packages they have already picked up, and the ability to update their email address, phone number, etc.

How long does it take to set up a new account?
The registration process only takes a minute or two to complete. The initial setup should take around 30 minutes to complete. For those who are less experienced with computers, it may take some additional time. Read more about getting started using PackageAhoy.
